LEAP OUTLINE:
Organization Science Applied to Creating the Nation’s Energy Future
OUTLINE
The LEAP will be transformed and for potential readers I am preparing an application that provides qualification guidance required for workshop participation. The national and regional workshops will be conducted with input information from different perspectives on 3 maps: climate districts, power transmission needs, and greenhouse gas emission
U.S. Climate Regions | Geographical Reference Maps | National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) (noaa.gov)
National Transmission Needs Study – Draft for Public Comment (February 2023) (energy.gov)
Explore Map – Climate TRACE From the global emissions map.
The program is to be launched soon with a NATIONAL PRIMARY DESIGN WORKSHOP (NPDW) CONDUCTED BY 12 INVITED AND REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS. A LIST OF POTENTIAL PARTICIPANT INVITEES IS LISTED BELOW UNDER THE HEADING:
GLOBAL GUIDING INLUENCERS IN LIGHT ENERGY.”
LEAP Qualification Instructions and Application Form for Becoming a Participant in any LEAP Workshop:
A general Form for all inquiries In a Workshop. Participant Application Form, this is the first of three points of primary information to be submitted by qualified interested readers in the LEAP workshop program,
i.e.
- 1) which climate region are they in residence;
- 2) Which Power Transmission Organization and region are the residents.
- 3) Residency in which gas emissions region coincides with selected climate and power needs regions.
Each applicant must declare which Light Energy Resource in which to qualify for workshop participation.
Information provided in the application determines which of many concurrent workshops to direct the applicant for registration in online groups.
Applicant must provide address and payment merchant information for Registration Fees to be paid before application approval.
Regional workshops are to be created and organized in all of the Climate Regions, with all Light Energy Resources represented by the registered and self-organized participants,
National Workshops for the LEAP Program, for Design, and for Action, are conducted online with 12 Qualified and fee-registered Participants. These members are limited to 12 per workshop and are committed to engaging in whole systems representing all light energy resources. The outcome of the National LEAP Workshops will inform all subsequent Regional Workshops.
